ELEMIS-TV Shopping Intern (Fall 2024)

                                                                              SUMMARY

ELEMIS is looking for an enthusiastic Intern to join the TV Shopping team. As our TV Shopping Intern, your primary role will be assisting in the growth and development of ELEMIS on the #1 video-commerce platform in the world, QVC. Support our TV Shopping Department through Calendar Planning, Purchase Orders, Sales Tracking & Analysis, Marketing Campaigns, and Influencer/Social Media Support.

The ideal candidate is positive, hard-working, self-starter, who has great written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve. They can multi-task, pivot, and stay organized amongst the fast-paced, rigorous environment of TV Shopping. This is your opportunity to gain professional experience in an ever-evolving, agile environment. We are a fun, creative, passionate team, and our goal is to train our Interns to become future leaders within the industry.

A commitment of up to 20 hours per week is required, with office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (2 to 3 days in office). 


                                                                     ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Tv Shopping

  • Sales Tracking & Analysis.
  • Calendar Planning & Tracker Updates.
  • Preparing Monthly Presentation Decks.
  • On-Air Broadcast Prep – Pulling Assets and Requesting Transfers.
  • Preparing Creative Briefs for On-Air & Off-Air Assets.
  • Pulling Purchase Orders & Data Input.
  • Booking Shipping ID’s from OTM and Requesting Appointments via Quikway.
  • Influencer Support Management, Ordering / Shipping / Tracking Samples.
  • Social Media Assistance with Brand Ambassador, Emer Gillen.
  • Additional Tasks as Assigned.


Box Programs

  • Calendar Planning & Tracking Updates
  • Preparing Marketing Product Forms, Data Input
  • Inventory Management

  • Good time management.
  • Aptitude with various social media platforms.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Sheets.

 

                                                                  PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to work in normal office conditions.
  • Must be able to commit up to 20 hours a week.
  • Work from NYC Office.
