we are looking for a part time paid intern mainly remotely with weekly or bi-weekly meeting at our offices in Coral Gables

the scoop of work is organizing and preparing the Restaurant Manual's, Employee Handbooks, SOP's, opening / Closing Procedures following our guidelines and client needs.

Requirement is to have good English and Spanish word proofing, been in hospitality industry or hospitality current student
