RANK GENIUS CORP is disrupting how people book and discover local businesses. We run many websites. See buildzoom.com as an example of past marketplaces built. We are building the same for many industries and are out-ranking huge companies like Yelp.com in search. (We are currently tackling Movers, Plumbers and Real Estate Agents). Our sites need a lot of work, but we have built massive databases and ranking already (see assistedlivingmagazine.com or triple.com)

Overview:
- Be the conduit between experienced leadership & autonomous independent teams:
CEO: Harvard grad, decade of tech leadership ($100M+ raised)
Chairman: flexport.com founder ($10B valuation)
- Drive product development and coordinate design, engineering, and content teams
- Fast-paced startup culture, self-starter mindset
- Align product strategy with company mission
- Manage product lifecycle


Responsibilities:
- Interface CEO & Teams:
- Report progress, prioritize tasks
- Manage workload, optimize productivity
- Ensure clear communication, align with vision
- Coordinate cross-functional teams:
- Lead 15-20 professionals
- Facilitate collaboration, conduct meetings
- Manage product development:
- Assess improvements, maintain roadmap
- Set/track KPIs, refine agile methods
- Conduct research, manage backlog
- Partner with HR:
-- Manage budgets, hiring recommendations
-- Optimize team structure/processes


Background & Skills

Required:
- Outstanding communication skills (CEO needs an efficient partner)

Desired:
- Project management artifacts examples
- Data-driven decision making experience
- Leadership and problem-solving skills

Bonus:
- Product launch & scale track record
- Technical background & or MBA or Masters
- ClickUp/GitHub experience
- Startup, UX research, SEO knowledge
