Job Title: Unity Developer with Multiplayer Experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Unity Developer with hands-on experience in creating UIs within Unity. Our ideal candidate is an engineer with a strong understanding of programming fundamentals and a proven track record in developing multiplayer projects using Unity. Experience with the Fish-Net framework is highly desirable. This role involves developing a multiplayer 2D game, focusing on ensuring smooth and efficient multiplayer interactions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Unity Experience: Hands-on experience with Unity, particularly in crafting user interfaces (UIs) that resemble web pages.
  • Programming Knowledge: Strong understanding of programming concepts; the role is technical rather than artistic.
  • Multiplayer Development: Experience in building multiplayer projects within Unity.
  • Fish-Net Framework: Knowledge of the Fish-Net framework is a significant plus.
  • Multiplayer Logic: Understanding the intricacies of multiplayer game development, even though our project is a 2D game rather than a 3D one.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement UIs within Unity that provide a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and build multiplayer features.
  • Optimize game performance to ensure a smooth multiplayer experience.
  • Utilize the Fish-Net framework to facilitate multiplayer interactions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug any issues related to multiplayer functionality.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in C# and Unity's scripting API.
  • Experience with networked games and understanding of client-server architecture.
