Social Media Brand Manager

Job Title: Brand Manager for Luxury Events company 

Location: Miami, Florida (with flexible remote work options)

About M.C.L: M.C.L is a boutique luxury event design and planning studio based in Miami, crafting beautiful, immersive, and meaningful events that celebrate life's best moments. Our aesthetic echoes the tropics and seasonality of Florida, celebrating organic elements and classic luxury.

Role Overview: M.C.L is seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in enhancing and maintaining our brand presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our voice and aesthetic, and a passion for storytelling and engaging our audience through compelling and cohesive content.

Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with M.C.L’s brand identity, values, and goals.
  2. Content Creation: Create visually stunning and engaging content that reflects our luxury aesthetic and resonates with our target audience. This could extend to event content creation as well.
  3. Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  4. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize content strategy and increase engagement.
  5. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, collaborations, and sponsored content, to boost brand visibility and drive growth.
  6. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure M.C.L remains relevant and innovative in the digital space.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the event planning team to highlight past events, behind-the-scenes content, and client testimonials, ensuring a cohesive brand story across all platforms.
  8. Brand Strengthening: Implement strategies to strengthen brand loyalty and expand our online presence, fostering a strong, engaged, and growing community.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and brand development, preferably within the luxury or events industry.
  • Strong understanding of M.C.L’s aesthetic and ability to create content that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and engaging audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) and tools (Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
