Event Marketing Assistant

As an Event Marketing Assistant at Maverick Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of our fundraising events. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure seamless event coordination and effective promotional campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for fundraising events.
• Coordinate event logistics, including vendor management, and on-site setup.
• Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials 
• Engage with donors, sponsors, and participants to foster relationships and enhance event experiences.
• Monitor event performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all aspects of events run smoothly.
• Assist in post-event analysis and reporting to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
• Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or fundraising is a plus.
