Social Media Intern

Full time Social Media Inter  (1 Semester) 

Main Responsibilities 

1. Lean nuances of TSF Marketing Strategy, Client Avitar and Brandscipt 
2. Know all clients' names and familiarize yourself with their goals.
3. Content Creation, across all platforms 
4. Teach, envision, train, exceed. 
5. Event Planning and execution. 

Learning the TSF Way 

• Learn how we process, train, and communicate to our clients and take an active intake role. 
• Familiarize yourself with all clients as well as their goals. 
• Get Busy!  It should be your goal to become a staple in the gym, not a shadow. 
• Find ways to optimize lead generation. 

Education: 

• Currently in school for marketing/ media etc

Questions to Ask Yourself:

Did I post good content today?

Did I help the clients have fun and culture a good environment?

Did I actively engage clients today and ask what they need more information on?

 

Success Looks Like: 

3-5 hours a day on the floor filming content etc.

Some special weekend events 

Increase views, followers and reach. 

Salary & Comp: 

We will break the fall up into one big semester where we can offer $750 cash bonus to go alongside with statistical data on growth.
