Marketing Intern

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Intern

Location: Remote

As a growing company, we seek enthusiastic individuals who are eager to contribute and grow with us. We are looking for 2 inter positions to start as temporary interns, with the potential of filling permanent positions. Compensation will be based on hours and project-skillset basis. 

Position Overview: We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator Intern with well-rounded social media skills and a passion for creative writing and digital media. This role offers the unique opportunity to work remotely while meeting in person once a week for brainstorming and collaboration sessions. If you have a knack for social media, creating  compelling presentations, expanding upon websites / blogging, coordinating events, and are into wellness, sports, and social - we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content for blogs, websites, and social media.
  • Assist in putting together presentations and proposals for internal and client meetings.
  • Support website expansion efforts by adding new content, features, and ensuring an excellent user experience.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage logistics for virtual and in-person events.
  • Contribute to digital media projects and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team to generate creative ideas and strategies.
  • Attend weekly in-person meetings for touch bases and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent creative writing and content creation skills.
  • Ability to develop and design engaging presentations and proposals.
  • Experience with website management and blogging.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Event coordination experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within a start-up environment.
