Intern Job Description
Mad 4 Marketing is a full-service marketing and advertising agency established in 1992. Our services include both traditional and digital channels for companies of all sizes and industries.
Our interns will be exposed to many areas of agency life, from media planning and campaign analytics tracking, to project management, social media marketing and web design/development.

Required Skills:
- Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Experience with Canva or Photoshop
- Sharp writing skills (no typos or bad grammar)
- Social Media experience (content creation, insights and analytics, scheduling)
- Project management – working with freelancers to produce assets, proofing, managing deadlines
- Email marketing and website updating/editing experience a plus
- Video editing a plus
Our interns must be willing to jump in wherever they are needed. Yes, sometimes that means walking our office puppy, Star. But we are a small office and wear many hats. It is important to understand that activities and responsibilities will vary from day to day. It’s the best way to learn!
