What will I do as an Office Assistant?
This position is truly customer service focused, both to the clients and staff of Catholic Charities.  The Office Assistant position offers a rewarding opportunity for you to provide support services to both English and Spanish speaking clients – answering phones, providing information about agency services, coordinating appointment schedules, and maintaining the client database.  This position also provides critical support to Therapists and Social Workers at the site, while maintaining a professional office environment.

Hourly Wage:  $16 an hour

Qualifications

  • One or more years of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or other related experience as well as a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a non-profit, social service, or medical field is a plus but not required.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Able to work an 8:30am to 5:00pm shift, Monday through Friday.
