Marketing Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Associate will assist with various marketing activities and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Email Marketing

  • Assist the marketing team with social media planning, email marketing campaigns, and social listening.
  • Manage social media accounts and website updates.
  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms.

Collaborative Marketing Efforts

  • Support the marketing team in executing social media strategies, email marketing campaigns, and social listening activities.

Advisor Support

  • Assist advisors in consolidating financial documents, managing client files, and generating client deliverables.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support as needed at Waggoner Group, Inc.

Website Management

  • Maintain and update website content and functionality.

Communication

  • Conduct confirmation calls for appointments and bookings.
  • Compose and send appointment reminder emails.

Task Management

  • Schedule and reschedule internal and external tasks effectively.

Material Creation

  • Produce internal and external documents, presentations, and other materials.

 

MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS NEEDED:

  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and carry out tasks with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to independently coordinate resources and complete assigned projects.
  • Basic tax laws/Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Equipped with a solid client-oriented work ethic.
  • Dedication to teamwork and leadership.
  • Proficiency in communication and writing skills.
