GreenlightGO Fall Intern

DESCRIPTION

Founded by successful industry insiders, GreenlightGO is the “airbnb” for Film/TV production and post production space and services, with access to millions of square feet of studio, production, and post space in NYC, LA, ATL, ATX and more. GreenlightGO officially launched in Nov 2018 in New York City and is quickly expanding nationally and internationally. 

As a GreenlightGO intern, you’ll get to experience a busy start-up and actively participate in its growth and success. This Fall 2024 internship will start on August 26th, 2024 and last until Dec 6th, 2024.

REQUIREMENTS

As this is an unpaid internship, interns are required to be enrolled college students and receive college credit. We ask that our interns be organized, motivated, professional, have a passion for film, television, tech, and a willingness to learn. We are committed to have our interns learn about the start-up and tech industry and receiving the tools and knowledge that will help find employment in the future.

Again, applicants are REQUIRED to obtain school credit for this internship.

Our work hours are from 10:00am - 6:00pm ET, and we asked that interns be available 2 days a week between Monday-Friday. These hours can shift depending on your region as long as it's approved by the intern coordinator. While this is a fully-remote internship, there is opportunity for NYC based interns to experience on the field training. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a GreenlightGO intern, your duties will include:

  • Researching production facilities around the world
  • Following up with producer leads looking for resources
  • Drafting social media posts and GreenlightGO blog
  • Providing content for GreenlightGO newsletter
  • Providing copy for facility listings
  • Providing intel on industry updates
  • Attending weekly work shops on pitch presenting
  • Creating a lean start up pitch and deck
  • Pitch your idea to a group of industry professionals

Interns will also engage in bi-weekly workshops on valuable startup skills, from pursuing your idea and funding to the power of agendas and networking 101s. Classes will introduce lean startup skills and design thinking concepts.
