Executive Intern to CEO - Real Estate & Hospitality
About the Company: Own A Piece Of Colorado is a rapidly growing real estate investment company. The CEO also is working on a startup resort project and is searching for an ambitious intern to learn the business from the ground up and assist with daily tasks.
Position Overview: This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO, gaining firsthand experience in the real estate and hospitality business. The ideal candidate will be, energetic, eager to learn, self-motivated, and willing to take on diverse responsibilities to learn the ins and outs of our fast-paced environment. This internship can serve as a pipeline to future full-time roles within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Coordination: Experience with contract documents or real estate preferredÂ
- Asset Management: Support property operations, marketing and revenue management
- Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance to the CEO (scheduling, travel, reporting, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Current university student or recent graduate with a strong academic record
- Prior experience with real estate, hospitality, finance or entrepreneurship is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong quantitative skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability for a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
