Job Description:

As a Recruiting Intern at Glades Talent, you will assist our recruitment team by sourcing, identifying, and engaging top talent for our clients' specialized positions. You will work closely with senior recruiters and clients to support successful placements and build strong relationships within the industry. This internship is designed for individuals eager to learn and develop skills in the field of recruitment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Recruiters: Support senior recruiters by understanding client needs and recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use various channels to track and identify prospective candidates.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research into clients' companies, competitors, and market landscapes.
  • Candidate Assessment: Help evaluate candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and compatibility with client requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Assist in arranging and conducting initial interviews with candidates.
  • Profile Presentation: Support the presentation of shortlisted candidates to senior recruiters with detailed profile summaries.
  • Client and Candidate Follow-Up: Assist with the transition and onboarding process of successful candidates.
  • Relationship Building: Help network and develop long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Lead Generation: Research and develop recruiting leads to support senior recruiters.

Skills:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with candidates and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Research Skills: Proficient in conducting market and candidate research.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Client-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Integrity and Confidentiality: Maintains high ethical standards and confidentiality in all dealings.
  • Learning Agility: Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities in recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong desire to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or administrative role is a plus but not necessary.
