Human Resources Compensation Analyst

Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH) Human Resources Department is looking for an experienced Human Resources Compensation Analyst to join our team. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Compensation and HR metrics analyst; administer compensation programs, ensuring accuracy & compliance; participate in third party compensation surveys; prepare market analysis reporting to support decision-making; provide analytics & insights on compensation programs.
  • Maintains job classifications and descriptions to ensure compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act
  • Design, implement and update HR dashboards to track key metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide comprehensive support in HR administration, including data compilation, compliance, and documentation management, transactional and administrative duties.
  • Participate in HR activities, including employee orientation, and organization-wide events.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Human Resources and strong background working with data analytics.
