Editorial Intern

Looking to intern at a luxury magazine that highlights the elegant lifestyle and influential business culture that encapsulates cities like Miami, New York, Los Angeles and more? Want to gain journalism experience writing about trending news in the beauty, law and design sphere? Well look no further! 

Haute Living is searching for dedicated and passionate editorial interns for each semester. This is an unpaid internship, though college credits can be granted. This specific position will be in-person at the Miami office 2-3 days a week.

Assist with editorial projects and provide support to the Managing Editors and other team members. Applicants should be able to: 

-Write up to 6 articles each week 

-Research article ideas 

-Perform basic copyediting, proofreading, and fact-checking

-Edit and upload articles to WordPress

-Work on special projects as needed

Minimum experience/qualifications:

Working towards a bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, English, business communications, or other related studies.

-Strong organizational and communication skills

-Magazine and feature writing (creative and zippy storytelling) 

-General knowledge of Microsoft applications, specifically Word and Excel (or Google Docs/Sheets)

-Experience using WordPress is a plus
