Private Equity Summer Analyst 2025

I Squared Capital is a global infrastructure investment manager with over $39 billion of assets under management and over 40 portfolio companies across Private Equity and Credit investing. I Squared is headquartered in Miami, FL and has offices in London, New Delhi, São Paulo, Munich and Singapore.

The North America , Credit, LatAm Private Equity Investment Team is seeking candidates for the 2025 Undergraduate Sumer Analyst internship program. The program will run from June to August and will be in-person at the firm’s headquarters in Miami, FL.

Candidates will gain full exposure to the private equity investment and asset management functions. 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and execute infrastructure private equity investments

• Perform in-depth market research

• Perform financial modelling and valuation analyses of prospective investment opportunities across various infrastructure verticals, including energy (e.g., renewables and utilities), transportation & logistics (e.g., ports, airports, toll roads, and railroads), digital infrastructure (e.g., data centers, cell towers, and fiber), environmental (e.g., water/waste) and social infrastructure

• Perform extensive due diligence on each transaction, including travelling to prospective target companies, meeting with management, coordinating with various advisors, and formulating the investment strategies and business plans.

• Prepare written analyses and evaluations of investment opportunities for the Investment Committee of I Squared Capital

• Participate in execution of transactions and both internal and external client meetings.

• Assist Dedicated Asset Teams in managing current investments, including analyzing potential add-on investments, refinancing opportunities, and exit opportunities.

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student

• Anticipated graduation date: Spring– Fall 2025/2028
