Position: Architecture Design Intern

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Architecture Design Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for design, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. The intern will work closely with our team of architects and designers to support ongoing design projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation/review of architectural drawings and documents, including floor plans, elevations, and sections

• Participate in the design process by generating ideas and contributing to design discussions

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that designs are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing

• Prepare and participate in presentations to ownership and stakeholders

• Attend site visits and meetings with consultants and contractors

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Architecture, design or related field

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong design skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a high-paced team environment

• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines

• Self-motivated and proactive in seeking opportunities to learn and grow

This is a full-time internship position, with a duration of 3-6 months. The intern will receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals, as well as exposure to a wide range of design projects.
