Website UI/UX Designer Intern (July 2024 Start)

**Position Summary:**

As a Website UI/UX Design Intern at Flow, you will play a key role in shaping the public facing user experience of our website and website expansion design. You will work closely with our Design team to conceptualize, design, and implement intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong conceptual thinking, design thinking, information architecture, user flow, and page flow skills, along with expert level mastery in Figma and experience with animation and motion graphics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with the design team to develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for website redesign projects.
- Apply principles of information architecture to organize and structure website content for optimal user navigation.
- Design user flows and page flows to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Implement animation and motion graphics to enhance user engagement and interaction.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in website UI/UX design.

**Requirements:**

- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Product Design, UI/UX Design, User Experience Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
- Strong conceptual thinking and design thinking skills.
- Expert in Figma.
- Experience with information architecture, user flow, and page flow.
- Knowledge of animation and motion graphics principles.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to commit 29 hours per week to this position consistently week-to-week.
