Business Development Intern

Internship Opportunity: Business Development - University Educational Program

Position: Business Development Intern / Client Services

Location: Boca Raton, FL or Remote (virtual internship)

About the Role:

As a Business Development Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in media & broadcast television. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with seasoned professionals to contribute to the growth and success of our company. This internship is designed to provide valuable insights into business development strategies specific to the media and entertainment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential partners, sponsors, and collaboration opportunities within the media industry.
  • Prospecting: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, sponsors, and advertisers to explore business development opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Work with the business development team to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential partnerships.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry professionals, and potential partners.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance the company's presence in the market.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data and trends to provide insights that inform strategic business development decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (business, marketing, communications, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for the media and entertainment industry.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and contribute.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
  • Familiarity with business development concepts is a plus.
