Responsibilities:
- Human Resources
- Create and lead our process for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training.
- Assess business needs and create and implement training plans to optimize employee development.
- Responsible for restaurant communication (initiatives, campaigns, and corporate messages), team building (fun) outside of work activities, and training opportunities.
- Manage and lead all office systems including: Supplier Payments, Check Writer, Payroll, New Hire Entry, Uniform Ordering, and Warehouse Ordering.
Leader Launch
As a Human Resources Coordinator you will be a part of a development program called Chick-fil-A Leader Launch. The purpose of the Chick-fil-A Leader Launch Launch Program is to rapidly launch you into a successful long-term career within a three year time frame. In the program you will have the opportunity to learn every facet of running an independent franchise, with the goal of preparing you to pursue your own Chick-fil-A franchise or a position at the Chick-fil-A Support Center. Of course the program will also prepare you to pursue other entrepreneurial interests or equip you to step into another business as a high contributor. Prepare yourself, because this will likely be the biggest challenge you have taken on in your life. It won’t easy, but the rewards are tremendous.
