Technical Operations Specialist
Position Description

Operations Specialist duties include working in a team environment and performing operational duties to exceed customer expectations. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8-5. Pay commensurate with experience, skills and performance. Reimbursement for relocation expenses is not offered in this position.
Job Specific Duties
- Managing procurement and shipping process
- Configuration of server hardware
- Research and evaluate technical products to support quoting
- Customer-service helpdesk assistance
- Software upgrades
- On-site service and installation as needed
Work environment
In-office position local and negligible amount of out-of-town travel as needed
Education, Certifications, Other Requirements
Must haves
- Minimum 2 years post-education experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Technical experience or aptitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Quick learner
