Essential Functions:
- Ensure the safety of all children served.
- Perform permanency services, including clear and concise paperwork, under state and contract guidelines.
- Meet all state, contract and The Bair Foundation required timelines for documentation.
- Meet the requirements of assigned cases.
- Participate in required face-to-face supervision.
- Attend state and contract training as directed by supervisor.
- Advocate for the best interests of the child and families.
- Requires driving, must have reliable vehicle
- Community and office based with flexible hours that may include evening and minimal weekend work
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in social work or a related field.
- At least one year of experience working within the child welfare system, preferably with foster care to adoption experience
- Must have strong research and writing ability.
