Essential Functions:
- Assessing family safety and reporting any concerns regarding the safety of children to supervisor immediately.
- Accepting referrals from the referral agency and scheduling families for services.
- Coordinating and facilitating meetings for each family accepted; which will include the family, referral source, and other family supports.
- Providing services to each referred family and completes appropriate parenting training curriculum.
- Collaborating with referral source to develop a plan in meeting program requirements and services provided for each client.
- Providing required documentation in accordance with program standards and contract obligations.
- Meeting with referral source personnel regularly to provide ongoing reports of the family’s progress.
- Facilitating monthly group meetings with community providers and families, as appropriate.
- Maintaining appropriate professional boundaries with clients and families.
- Assessing family’s strengths and needs.
- Scheduling and coordinating visits and transportation of clients and families.
- Meeting with families to discuss goals, strengths, and opportunities for improvement.
Inputting information into the electronic data bases.
