Integrated Sales Manager

ABOUT YOU: 
You have a solid track record pitching large scale video and/or streaming solutions to major brands and/or advertising agencies. You are experienced in developing strong revenue opportunities across national teams by developing and implementing effective integrated sales strategy and programs.  You are a digital driver experienced in developing and achieving multimillion-dollar sales budgets for various-sized accounts. 
YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities) 

• Pitch and sell large scale Streaming, Digital, and Branded Content advertising programs to holding company agencies.
• Drive new business efforts as a player/ coach to activate new accounts.
• Work with existing clients to educate them on our new data, digital & streaming ad products and to drive their advertising budgets over to digital and branded content.
• Prepare and present accurate and comprehensive sales pitches/presentations and establish close business relationships with all levels of clients.
• Understand customer needs and develop solutions to those needs.
• Look for opportunities to develop monetization solutions for clients, and ensure clients receive superior customer service.
• Work closely and collegially with Network AEs, Marketing, Insights, and Business Development teams.
• Develop strong internal relationships throughout Univision to ensure a unified and coordinated strategy is presented in the market.

 

YOU HAVE: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of direct advertising sales experience in digital and multimedia advertising sales, business development or other areas of media sales.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Holding Company relationships that can be leveraged for business development.
• Experience selling large scale digital marketing programs to advertisers.
• Expertise in digital sales processes, platforms, technology trends, customer buying patterns and budgeting across all digital assets and platform types, including but not limited to display, video, audio, social, branded content, email and programmatic transactions.
• Strength in prospecting, generating proposals and closing the sale.
