Overview:

Powerhouse Gym is one of the fastest growing fitness chains in South Florida and we are seeking MBA Students to join our dynamic team! This internship opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience in leadership and management within the fitness industry. 

Responsibilities:

- Assist in day-to-day operations 

- Work closely with management to streamline and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

- Support in the development and implementation of new strategies to enhance operational efficiency

- Participate in meetings and training sessions to gain valuable insights into leadership and management practices

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in an MBA program

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow

- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work environment

- Emphasis in Sports Management is preferred, but not required.
