Intern, Talent Management

The Summer Internship Program will build a foundation for early career talent and form future professionals at the organization. The internship program at TelevisaUnivision allows participants to obtain real on the job experiences in their areas of interest and specialty. This experience will expose interns to the broader business and understand how the areas operate and collaborate cross functionally.

Dates: June 10 to August 16, 2024

Hours: Approximately 40 hours a week

Pay: $18 an hour

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

Support projects including Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Early Careers, Recognition and Learning initiatives.

Improve processes for better efficiency related to administration, recruitment, Talent Management, and vendor interactions.

Coordinate mentorship programs to support employee growth and development.

Support the integration of new hires into the organization through effective onboarding processes.

YOU HAVE:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, preferred.

Overall GPA minimum 3.0 or above.

Expected graduation of summer 2024 or winter 2024.

Strong communication, collaborative, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with Sharepoint, preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred

Participation in prior internships, extracurricular activities, community organizations and/or professional associations, preferred.

Must have unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
