In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Marketing Logistics Coordinator.
Work Location: Bradenton, FL
The Marketing Logistics Coordinator assists with the overall support of the team. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing, Communications, and Patient Experience and work closely with the Creative Manager and vendors. Primary duties include setting up logistics, coordination of attendees of events, materials handling, - collateral management, outbound shipments to tradeshows, and Marketing TJC Compliance: general marketing activities and support.
As part of this role, you will:
- Plan, manage, and deliver in-person events, including tradeshows, speaking events, and conferences
- Organize and lead internal event prep meetings, document, and communicate event details
- Organize event logistics, including attendee registrations, hotel reservations, internet and electricity orders, shipping, event services orders, catering orders, etc.
- Unpack, organize and distribute material, signage, promo items, and tradeshow materials throughout the organization
- Oversite over the ever-growing number of brochures, rack cards, flyers, and promo items (for many departments)
What you need to bring to this role:
- High School Diploma or GED minimum
- 2 years of marketing experience required
- 1+ years' experience in event setup and logistics coordinator preferred (experience in a Healthcare environment a plus)
- Basic level of expertise in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Valid driver's license required with the ability to move between sites as needed
