Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough needs analysis at the customer's space to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives.
- Match customer needs with appropriate models and equipment and present the vehicle in terms of customer interest and offers.
- Accompany customers on test drives, providing an opportunity for them to experience the vehicle firsthand.
- Involve customers in trading evaluations and present financial propositions to address their concerns and objections.
- Provide customers with financial service products and assist in securing appropriate documentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns and actively asking for the sale.

Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.
