Guest Experience Assistant
- Work in person at the Toppel Career CenterĀ (across the street from the Pavia/Merrick Garages)
- Provide a high level of customer service to students, employers, alumni, and guests.
- Answer all incoming calls on the main Toppel line and direct the calls to the appropriate departments and personnel.
- Manage the Toppel Career Center general email inbox; return and forward messages, and complete requests as needed on your shift.
- Provide office support for full-time staff, including typing, filing, copying, preparing mailings, and other duties as needed.
- Assist with Career Fairs & Events as needed
- Act as an Ambassador for Toppel across campus.
- Able to work independently on their specific project area be able to motivate themselves to get their projects done promptly and be flexible.
- Lead tours of our Center for prospective students and families that provide accurate information about our services.
- Troubleshoot Employer questions on the HireACane website to create accounts, approve job postings, and schedule on-campus interviews.
- Help organize special events for the Associate Dean and Executive Director, Employer Engagement, and Career Education teams.
- Promote and inform students, staff, and visitors of Toppel services and events.
