IT Solutions Intern - Human Resources

Overview:

We are currently in search of an enthusiastic College Intern to join our IT Solutions for Human Resources team. This remote position provides an exceptional opportunity for students interested in the intersection of information technology and human resources to gain exposure to HR information systems and technology-driven HR solutions. The intern will collaborate with IT specialists and HR professionals to develop, implement, and optimize our HR technology platforms that play a vital role in the employee experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with technology and eager to learn about new Workday HR systems and software.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability identify patterns and make a connection with supporting evidence.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Collaborative Approach: Experience with group work and projects
  • Self-Motivated: Independent and driven, with the ability to take initiative on projects and tasks.
  • Adaptability: Able to "fail forward" and ask for help when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with or a strong desire to learn about Workday HCM or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to Project Management is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of IT principles related to system integration, data privacy, and user experience.

Target hourly range for this job requisition is anticipated to be $20 hourly.  Internship length June 17th - August 16th.
