Social Media Assistant

Responsibilities:

· Develop engaging content for Instagram (IG) and TikTok.

· Handle day-to-day activities on IG and TikTok, including posts and engagement.

· Implement social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals.

· Respond promptly to inquiries and comments, fostering community engagement.

· Track and analyze performance metrics, providing optimization insights.

· Coordinate with teams for brand initiatives and cross-functional efforts.

· Stay updated on IG and TikTok trends for relevant content.

· Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach.

· Handle corporate design and add marketing materials.

· Conduct research on the latest market trends and keywords.

· Effectively and consistently growing sales and opportunity pipelines, as well as generate new target segments.

· Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree required

- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred

- Strong creative and visual skills for compelling content.

- Proficient in social media metrics analysis.

- Ability to adapt to dynamic social media trends.

- Familiarity with social media management tools.

- Proactively explore and implement innovative social media ideas.

- Understanding of influencer marketing principles and collaboration experience.

- 1+ years of Digital Marketing experience preferred.

- Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud programs.

- Knowledge and understanding of SEO tools; Google Analytics, Webmasters, and others.

- Proficiency in video editing skills is necessary.

- 1+ years of experience with various social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and RED Notebook.

- Ability to communicate confidently and comfortably with clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
