UI / UX Designer Internship

AltGrowth started as a marketing agency, but has since morphed into a multi-functional product accelerator. We are bootstrapped and rapidly building and growing software products that help improve communication and empower businesses.

The company is fully distributed (work from home), but based in California.

Products include:

  • AI-powered Consumer Apps
  • B2B SaaS Applications

The position

The Design Internship will report directly to the founder. 

We are looking for an experienced designer, who is a self-started. You have played around with app design, software product design, and have at least one product live.

You are comfortable quickly and effectively creating new designs, iterations, and improvements, as well as proposing ways to improve UI/UX. You will present the designs to the Founder and work with developers to quickly implement the approved designs.

Must Have:

  • Experience with Figma and other design tools. Mastery of one, understanding of others.
  • Comfortability with wireframes on mobile
  • Rapid creation, iteration, and implementation ability.
  • Self-starter - you will have lots of flexibility in this role
  • Understanding of SaaS tools

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with developers
  • Designed multiple products on the app store or web apps.
  • Illustrator & Photoshop experience
  • Logo/graphic design abilities
