At A Glance…

This role is responsible for end to end workflow support to ensure effective campaign delivery for the Spectrum Reach OEM Program. The Sales Operations Coordinator plays an essential role in ensuring accuracy and follow-through of a full life cycle of a Co-Op order related to all types advertising campaigns (processing orders, filing pre-approval, reporting, and filing claim). This position owns the process working cross functionally as a liaison between Sales, Yield and Inventory, Finance and Operations teams.

Sales Operations Coordinator Duties/Requirements...

DUTIES

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage all orders for our OEM Program; processing/entering orders, OEM pre-approval/claims, manage creative, apply ad copy, reviewing campaigns through-out flight dates, and reporting for multi-screen campaigns.
  • Review and process orders to ensure that all necessary orders are processed and submitted to cross functional teams.
  • Coordinate with Billing department to ensure that ad copy scripts are provided and campaigns are appropriately billed for OEM compliance.
  • Work cross functionally with linear and advanced Operations teams to ensure correct fulfillment of client campaigns for OEM compliance.
  • Coordinate production services through internal/external production team to ensure on time start for campaigns.
  • Manage multi-screen campaigns effectively, revise and review inventory, adjusting the campaign as needed.
  • Monitor accounts and review with Sales teams and Pricing/Inventory if campaigns are not delivering.
  • .Effectively communicate with multiple levels of sales leadership on client campaign status.
  • Communicate with internal sales teams as needed to gain information to run schedules efficiently and effectively. Able to troubleshoot when there are issues.
  • Work proactively with Ad Ops to understand advanced advertising campaign pacing and adjust as appropriate.
  • Perform other duties as requested. 

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in Advertising Sales in Traffic or as a Sales Assistant is a plus.
  • Strong data entry skills preferred
  • General office experience required: 2+ years, or equivalent educational experience
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships with Sales team members and other support functions is critical.
  • This role requires someone who can adapt to change quickly as well as be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Experience in computer software including MS Office and Spreadsheets is required; any experience in software similar to our sales support packages preferred.
  • Experience with a CRM system, such as Salesforce, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
