Life.Church Social Media Internship

The Life.Church Social Media Internship is for young adults who are ready to learn from some of the best leaders in ministry and grow professionally in their field. 

Our team exists to:

• Leverage strategy, design, and writing to minister to millions of people where they are at on social media channels like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.

We support the mission of Life.Church by:

• To reach people no one is reaching, we have to do things no one is doing. Our social media team has been given an incredible opportunity to daily reach our millions of social media followers, and also those that need to know Christ. We meet them right where they're at with content that brings them encouragement and hope. Many times we are one of the first places that that people experience Life.Church. We have the opportunity to help connect them to a physical campus or Life.Church Online which is the next step on their journey to becoming a fully devoted follower of Christ. 

Interns have the opportunity to:

• Bring fresh insight into our social media strategy, videos, graphics, and captions.
• Use their creative gifts to reach people for Christ on a daily basis.
• A day in the office never looks the same, but some day-to-day tasks might look like:
  • Picking sermon quotes
  • Writing captions
  • Creating graphics, Reels, or TikToks
  • Implementing new strategy
  • Scheduling posts
  • Reviewing analytics
  • Photography and videography
  • Working with volunteers

Areas of interest within Social Media are:

• Photography 
• Videography 
• Graphic Design 
• Marketing 
• Data Analysis 
• Strategy 

Our ideal intern would: 

• Be passionate about the opportunity to use social media as a ministry
• Be ready to jump right in with ideas, creating content, and more
• Be open to learning about all areas of social media and what makes accounts successful
