Production Internship - KidVision
What is KidVision:
KidVision Pre-K's mission is to educate and inspire young children to be the best they can be. To achieve our mission, we visit many places in South Florida, so children learn about their communities, jobs people do here, and thereby also learn social studies, vocabulary, and a host of other skills through virtual experiences.
Internship Details:
- All interns will be trained on how to manage and maintain the KidVision website.
- The intern may propose creating and working their own side project (in addition to their main website responsibilities) that should contribute to KidVision content during the duration of the internship.
Learning Outcomes:
The intern will learn…
- About all phases of production (pre-production, production, and post-production) for creating children’s content.
- How every part of the production process plays a key role in the end result.
- The importance of the distribution process of educational content.
- How to manage and maintain an educational website for teachers.
- Time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- The importance of meeting deadlines and being responsive to a team.
