REQ Consulting seeks to hire six interns before May 1, 2024. These interns will focus on Marketing, Website and Podcast experience, Sales, Writing, and Operations.

Background

REQ has several revenue channels, including recruiting, retention, health, and consulting. However, its name recognition and the percentage of the addressable market it is reaching are too low. This cohort has the opportunity to create strategies for each channel to increase brand awareness, business, and new business opportunities.

Time and Consideration Proposed Schedule

Sunday/Monday – REQ will host a Zoom meeting (recorded) to establish the baseline of the businesses. Each team member will create a business plan/strategy to improve their respective channel while collaborating with the other team members and their respective business channels.

Tuesday-Thursday -REQ will meet with each person or group to discuss their strategies, milestones, and impediments.

Friday—Full team meeting before the weekend podcast. Each week, the CEO hosts a podcast called the Employment Roundtable. Cohort members in Journalism, Media, and Podcast areas will provide input on their areas of knowledge. Marketing members will provide input on questions or topics and share their feedback with the other regular guests.

Saturday-Monday- SEO/ Marketing members will push the content across the respective channels.

When the team feels there are material improvements from the baseline.  REQ will start a weekly podcast with the interns who choose to participate (not required) to discuss how their strategies, challenges, and interactions went for the week and what they have learned. Each member will have the opportunity to be the host.

The Founder is willing to give the interns as much time as they put into their internships. The Founder aims to hire and one day turn the business over to those who have created, built, and grown with the company over the next several years.

Interested candidates should submit their resume, a cover letter, and two available times for a Zoom interview to greg@reqllc.net. The deadline for applications is April 30, 2024.
