Multimedia Design Intern

As a Multimedia Design Intern at a fast-growing CPG startup that's recently launched a whole food energy snack, you will work closely with our marketing and design teams to bring our brand to life through engaging visuals, video, film and animations. This role requires a combination of creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail to produce high-quality marketing materials and website content.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.

Video, Commerical Films and Animation: Develop ad films, animated graphics, GIFs, and short videos to enhance our marketing campaigns and website content, capturing the attention of our target audience.

Photo Editing: Use Photoshop to edit and retouch product photos, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with our brand aesthetic.

Website Design Assets: Design and optimize website assets, including banners, buttons, icons and product renderings in Blender or similar tools to enhance the user experience and drive engagement.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm ideas, provide creative input, and ensure consistency across all visual elements.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience in animation software such as Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

While the company is based in Seattle, the candidate can work remotely. For the right candidate (based on timing and performance), this internship could turn into a full-time offer.
