Responsibilities

  • Under the guidance of experienced human resources professionals, you will use your knowledge to execute HR tasks and duties.        
  • Perform pre-employment reference checks over the phone. 
  • Update and organize internal resume database. 
  • Assist in recruitment process by providing updates to candidates. 
  • Assist in employee onboarding.
  • All other duties as assigned by the HR Manager other recruitment staff members.

Requirements

  • Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Capable of taking direction from managers in a remote setting.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
