Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Position: Content Creator & Social Media Manager 

Location: Remote

Hours: Minimum of 15 hours per week during business hours (9am-5pm EST)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy across various social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with our target audience.
  • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize content performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience with social media management or content creation is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge and experience with A.I is a plus but not a requirement.
