Job Description:

As a Marketing Associate (Social Media), you're not just scrolling through TikTok and Instagram—you're shaping the way people see and engage with our brand! We want someone who's not afraid to get creative, loves skincare, and wants to get hands on with helping a brand take-off.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Dive into the social media world on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Help us crack the code on what makes our influencer programs shine each week.
  • Be the friendly face interacting with our awesome community online.
  • Stay in the loop on all the latest social media trends and tricks.
  • Team up with our marketing and social media squad to cook up ideas that make our followers go "Wow!"

Requirements:

  • You're a social media ninja with a deep love for beauty and skincare.
  • Your brain is bursting with creative and out-of-the-box ideas.
  • You're organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple projects like a pro.
  • Time management? Check. You know how to get things done and have fun doing it!
  • You're all about growth and teamwork, ready to dive into the startup world.
  • TikTok language? You speak it fluently and can make TikTok magic happen.
  • Bonus points if you've dipped your toes into social media or digital marketing before.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or equivalent (but your passion matters most!).

  • This internship isn't your typical coffee-run gig. You'll get hands-on experience in the social media spotlight and help shape the future of Phyla!
