We're a privately-owned marketing and sales firm based in Boca Raton, with a growing list of clients. Our aim is to establish 2 new offices by the end of 2024, each led by a manager who has risen from a retail sales position through our management training program.

We've found that individuals with backgrounds in sports, team participation, clubs, and volunteering possess invaluable skills such as strong work ethic, competitiveness, and the ability to thrive in diverse situations.

All our roles are entry-level, offering swift progression into market management. They involve daily interaction with people and comprehensive cross-training in various aspects of business management. Selected candidates will gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, campaign management, advertising, HR, and team building. A collaborative and vibrant work environment is key, so we're seeking team players who can contribute to an engaging atmosphere.

In this entry level role, you'll be responsible for:

 

  • Engaging with clients in a retail setting to promote and sell our clients' products and services.
  • Helping customers in making informed purchase decisions and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Effectively communicating product knowledge to customers, showcasing features, benefits, and usage scenarios.
  • Target customer needs and present their solutionsFacilitating customer orders and ensuring a smooth transaction process.

 

Job Requirements:

  • High School minimum education
  • All positions are Entry-Level and Full-Time.
  • This position is for our location in the Boca Raton office - applicants must be willing to commute.
  • We are looking to fill this position IMMEDIATELY.

Internship Opportunity:
