Position Overview:

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving sales growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals over the phone and through digital channels. The ideal candidate will be self motivated and ready to learn!

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound sales tactics.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate prospects on the benefits of solar energy solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend the most suitable solar products and services.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, and effectively prioritize tasks to meet sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Passion for renewable energy and commitment to promoting sustainable solutions.
