Marketing Coordinator

Role:

Perform marketing support functions for regional offices. Must be able to plan and execute marketing activities requiring independent judgment and adaptation of standard techniques. Taking direction from the regional marketing leader provides support with various marketing and storytelling initiatives, including copywriting for collateral materials, blog posts, media campaigns, internal communications, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Plans, conducts, and coordinates a range of marketing support activities.
  • Develops/maintains marketing information systems (Deltek and CRM)
  • Provides support to proposal activities and general marketing correspondence to include resumes and project descriptions and supports the team with blogs and social media activities.
  • Works independently and/or with technical staff, such as project managers, graphic designers, and business development directors.
  • Ensures brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials. Assist in maintaining and optimizing the company website, including updating content and images, and ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
  • Assist with updating social media profiles (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) with relevant content, updates, and announcements.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for the company's multidisciplinary architectural and engineering services.
  • Assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, seminars, and webinars.
  • Providing general administrative support to the marketing department, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and organizing files and documents.
  • Performs other duties as requested.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in marketing within the A&E industry is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Adobe InDesign.
  • A keen eye for details.
  • Be able to think creatively and strategically and complete work in a team-based environment.
  • Work independently and self-motivate.
  • Be open and receptive to feedback and direction from management and peers.
  • Balance priorities and utilize excellent judgment in the pursuit of the work.
  • Communicate well with a variety of groups and individuals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 annually + bonus, depending on experience. Total financial compensation resulting from a performance bonus can increase your earning potential.
