COMPREADY, a leading force in the competitive gaming and esports industry, is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our vibrant Sales & Marketing team. Your duties will include thorough market research, lead generation, initiating engagements across multiple channels, and paving the way for meaningful sales discussions. Proficiency in utilizing our CRM, Sales Enablement, and research tools is essential for success in this role.

 

BDR Responsibilities:

  • Create and identify ideal customer profiles to build out our company's corporate technical solutions service verticals.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential clients and grasp significant industry trends, particularly focusing on businesses that could benefit from COMPREADY's IT and technical solutions.
  • Engage with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts, employing tools and platforms to spark interest in COMPREADY's services.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to design and implement targeted email campaigns, social media outreach, and other marketing tactics to attract and nurture leads.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings between potential clients and our sales team, ensuring a smooth transition and laying the groundwork for prosperous partnerships.
  • Maintain and update lead and customer information within our CRM system, accurately documenting interactions, notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Work in concert with cross-functional teams to refine the sales process and aid in the development of captivating marketing materials and sales strategies.


Requirements:

  • Either Graduated or currently enrolled as a junior or senior in a 4-year accredited university, majoring in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in a sales structure and team with a high work ethic and ability to work alone at times.
  • Prior internship experience in sales or marketing is highly valued.
  • A strong willingness to work from our office location, with full flexibility to adapt to online work arrangements as necessary.
  • Displays a coachable attitude, is receptive to feedback, and is aimed at skill enhancement and performance improvement.
