Life.Church Film Production Internship

The Life.Church Film Production Internship is for young adults who are ready to learn from some of the best leaders in ministry and grow professionally in their field. 

Our Team: 

• Sources and facilitates all people (actors, models, contractors, crew, etc.), places (locations for shoots), and things (props, wardrobe, hair & makeup design) and all other pre-production logistics for Creative Media Group productions. Many of the video, photo and other media elements created at Life.Church typically involve the work of the Production Team to help bring these elements to life. 

We support the mission of Life.Church by:

• Creating media resources that are utilized at all of our locations and given away on Open Network. These video resources range from LifeKids curriculum, Worship elements in the service, LifeGroups curriculum, Photo Shoots for Marketing, etc. 

Interns have the opportunity to:

• Participate in brainstorming sessions, script read throughs, and the execution phase of sourcing all that is needed to make productions happen. 
• Assist with schedule creation, budget management and other pre-pro actions as needed.
• Help with prop creation, set design, hair & makeup, etc, gathering social media content for our LC Media FB & IG pages, etc. 
• Create and send out casting calls, facilitate casting meetings on projects they're involved in, send out contracts, etc. 
• Collaborate with the Production Assistants on set to help with script supervision, running the slate, maintaining craft services, etc. 
• To be fully responsible for a video project from start to finish (based on experience level and growth throughout the internship.)

Areas of interest:

• Producers - Handle the many logistics on the front-end of video, podcast and photo-shoots such as scheduling, locations, contract crew, budgeting, craft service coordination, and all other necessary shoot-planning processes. 
• Casting - Focuses on the recruitment and onboarding of all people (talent) involved with our projects on-camera. 
• Designers - focuses on set, wardrobe, hair/makeup and prop design/creation or outsourcing.
