Job Opening for a ‘Hacker’, Become a Member of a Lean Bootstrapping Startup Incubation Team!

The Opportunity

Our Mission

Lean Bootstrapping is a LEANSTACK-based, venture-studio-backed, startup incubation program. Each 16-week incubation program begins with ideation, moves to demand validation, and aims to achieve problem-solution fit by the end.

Our Startup Teams

Each startup team within our program is composed of three distinct roles, each bringing specialized skills to the table:

  • The 'Hacker' employs robust technical and development skills to build the MVP following successful demand validation, turning innovative ideas into working software that meets market needs.
  • The ‘Hustler’ utilizes expertise in marketing and sales, enhancing our projects with strong copywriting, effective communication, and a strategic understanding of metrics, pricing, and positioning to ensure market relevance and profitability.
  • The ‘Designer’ wields strong UX & UI skills to lead the architecture, design, and creation of user experiences and interfaces, ensuring that our products are not only functional but also intuitive and visually appealing.

While each team member specializes in their area, collaboration is key throughout our process. All members actively participate in every phase of the incubation program. This integration ensures a well-rounded approach to product development. During the initial stages, all three contribute to ideation and participate in all five sprints of the 90-day demand validation cycle. Upon completing these phases, the focus shifts as members delve deeper into their specialized roles during the MVP creation and subsequent delivery phase.

The 'Hacker' role is designed for a highly skilled developer with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for technology. In this role, you will spearhead the development of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) following successful demand validation.
