As a PULLMAN Project Coordinator / Project Intern, you will apply your knowledge and develop new skills while working on a variety of challenging projects.

As a Project Coordinator / Project Intern you will assist in:

· Project Management Support

· Estimating

· Budget Preparation

· Job Cost Management

· Scheduling

· Submittals / RFIs

· Materials / Procurement

· Production Rate Tracking

· Union Labor Coordination

· Safety Management

· Quality Control Management

· Business Development

· Client / Customer Relations

Successful Project Coordinator / Project Intern candidates should possess:

· A Bachelors degree or will be working toward a Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar field of study

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent documentation and organizational skills

· Strong computer skills

· A positive outlook and a team spirit

This is an on-site position at an active construction site that requires a significant presence at St. Peter’s Hospital, 315 S Manning Blvd, Albany, NY 12208. I
