Marketing Director

Passero Associates’ is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth in collaboration with our Engineering-Architecture-Planning technical departments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the preparation of design proposals, project profiles, resumes, brochures, and leading outreach initiatives across all geographical areas where our offices are located. (i.e., NY, OH, NC, VT, GA and FL)

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Proposal Development:
    • Collaborate closely with firm management and project managers to develop deadline-sensitive deliverables such as proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and award submissions.
  2. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with technical departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with project objectives, client needs and future strategic initiatives.
    • Manage and oversee the compilation and editing of content from various sources into cohesive marketing materials, including cover letters, resumes, boilerplate information, and project descriptions.
  3. Creative Marketing Initiatives:
    • Drive the development of customized graphic layouts, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing marketing materials.
    • Lead the preparation and design of brochures, advertising, newsletters, and other graphics projects to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
    • Spearhead website updates and social media communication strategies to effectively showcase Passero Associates' expertise and projects.
  4. Leadership and Team Development:
    • Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in marketing strategy and execution.
  5. Relationship Management and Outreach:
    • Lead and support outreach efforts in each geographical area where our offices are located, establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Leading and coordinating external marketing efforts, outside the firm.
    • Represent Passero Associates at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

 

 

 

Qualifications/ Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing manager/supervisory role, with a strong preference for experience in the Architecture and Engineering (A/E) industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with Client Relationship Management Systems (e.g., Cosential) is a plus.
  • Experienced in Photoshop and InDesign. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices across various channels.
  • Ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

 

Salary - Minimum base salary of $90,000 annually, plus discretionary, mid-year and year-end bonus potential.
