About the Role:

As an integral part of our team, you will be the driving force behind capturing compelling behind-the-scenes content, wielding your video editing prowess to create engaging posts for a variety of platforms, and spearheading outreach efforts for features such as podcast appearances and brand collaborations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves the idea of showcasing everyday moments in extraordinary ways.

Responsibilities:

• Content Capture: Follow the action closely, armed with a provided camera, to take behind-the-scenes video footage of day-to-day activities.
• Video Editing: Turn raw footage into polished and captivating videos ready to be posted on various social media channels.
• Social Media Management: Handle the posting of edited content, ensuring that each piece aligns with our brand and messaging.
• Media Outreach: Research and reach out to potential media outlets for features through email, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Creative Input: Bring your unique ideas to the table and partake in creative brainstorming sessions.
• Networking: Use any prior contacts or networks in the media sphere to secure features and collaboration opportunities.

• A knack for creative thinking, with any previous experience in brainstorming sessions being a big plus.
• Existing networks or contacts in media, public relations, or related fields are advantageous.
• Must be organized, self-driven, and able to adhere to tight deadlines.
